400g Frozen Edamame beans (whole)
20ml Tamari we recomend Organic Tamari
20ml Sesame Oil
30g Sesame Seeds
10g Brown Sugar
5g Sea Salt Flakes we recommend Hamamishio Moshio
Zest of 1 lemon
in a big pot of salted boiling water blanch the edamame for 1 MINUTE, onnce done, refresh in chilled water.
Place a large pan or wok on the stove over medium head, add in the sesame seeds and cook till coloured. add in the sesame oil, tamari , brown sugar and edamame. Cook till sauce thickens and the Edamame starts to blister.
Finish off by grating fresh lemon zest and a good sprinkle of Hamamushio Moshio sea salt
